• The minimum rental period is three days in low season, 4 days in other peiods
• For 'snowbirds' are special discounts available,if renting over three weeks.

Our rates includes:

• tourist tax,rental tax and vat;
• commitments of our staff such as cleaning and cooking.
• use of bedlinen and (bath-) towels;
• (drinking-)water, toiletries , gas and electricity;
• the first dinner after arrival and first breakfast the next morning;
• unlimited use of WiFi internet.

In case of a confirmed booking we ask you to transfer a 25% down payment within 10 days of receipt of the rental contract.
This amount is not refundable with cancellation within 90 days of your planned arrival. Therefore we recommand a cancellation insurance in addition to your travel insurance.
The balance plus a security deposit of 200 euros we expect on our account no later than four weeks before your expected arrival in Rumah Buka.
You can expect the deposit back on your account within two weeks after your home coming if no damage is reported by our staff. In case of any damage caused by you we have to subtract that from the security bond.

What are the possible additional costs during your stay in Rumah Buka :

• purchase of groceries ,beverages,shopping expences for breakfast,lunch and dinner;
• excursions;
• Indonesian massage;
• transportation to and from the villa and sightseeingtrips are around 700.000 idr. p/d
• visits to restaurants and bars, however some restaurants offer free pick-up service;
• laundry service (€ 5,00 per wash)

What else

• We operate a no smoking policy inside the villa;
• Water and electricity are scarse on Bali and more expensive than in the 'western world'. We ask our guests to take that into account, also for environmental reasons. So please turn off the airconditioning during the day and only use these at nighttime.
